Feast at The Farmer’s Arms this Halloween

Many of our current day Halloween traditions were influenced by the Celtic harvest festival of the dead Samhain, that translates as “summer’s end.” Observed yearly on the evening of 31st October, the festival marks the end of the harvest season and is often observed by preparing a feast for the living and the dead.

Embracing Samhain’s traditions, we’ll have a spooky menu of special dishes across the Café and Stable Bar embracing the best of available local produce from our neighbouring farms and gardens. The full menu is in development as we work with local suppliers, but to give you a taste of what to expect, take a look at our spooky sample menu below.
