You will find the show fields next to the A5084 Greenodd to Coniston Road just a few hundred meters south of Lowick Bridge.
Ample parking is available for cars, trailers and horse boxes – just follow the Stewards directions.

The Farmer’s Arms invites Lowick Show go-ers to join us in making some wattle and daub screens that will later be seen in use in and around The Farmer’s Arms.
During her residency, Associate Artist, Hannah Sheerin has been working up a vernacular construction system of woven timber (wattle) with an earth plaster covering (daub), using natural, locally foraged and and found material from around The Farmer’s Arms and the Crake Valley. Using the techniques she has developed, we engage a locally crafted and collective system of building she has developed.

About the Lowick Show:
Lowick Show is held annually on the first Saturday in September. For over 150 years the communities along and around the Crake Valley have come together to celebrate the fruits of their labour annually with competition classes for livestock, horses, home produce and other traditional Cumbrian pursuits. Visitors can also enjoy local crafts, entertainment and fun for all the family!
