THE hottest ticket of the year, The Farmer’s Arms LIVE charity auction is back and better than ever before!
Hosted in the historic Stable Bar, with local auctioneer John Townsend, bid like crazy on paintings with local provenance by (incl. Collingwood, Cuthbert Rigby, Clarence Roe), etchings and prints, antiques, vintage wines and specialist services from our multi-talented staff (pottery classes, Japanese cooking lessons, butchery, sausage making etc.) and so much more.
All lots will be available for viewing from Thursday 17 November between 10am – 5pm in our Dining Room ahead of the auction. We’ll also release a full list of lots here too.
The auction will begin at 6.30pm sharp in The Stable Bar. We’ll then break at 7.30pm for a two course supper (see set menu below) prepared with locally sourced ingredients in our kitchens. The second half of the auction will then start at 8.30pm.
When booking your ticket, please also pre-book your supper.
Auction Supper Menu:
Choose between Venison and Wild Mushroom Pie OR Highland Steak and Ale Pie, served with creamy mash and peas
OR
Winter Vegetable Pie, served with mash and peas (VGO)
AND
Sticky Toffee Pudding, with whisky sauce and crème fraîche
OR
Winter Fruit Sorbet (VG)
