NEW to our Stable Bar Thursday night music line-up, we welcome Americana-inspired band The Little Arrow String Band
Pick up a pint and treat yourself to one of our delicious freshly-baked wood fired pizzas and enjoy the sound of the States in the Lakes as they perform a mixture of Americana, bluegrass and soft rock.
Little Arrow String Band features the eclectic sounds of the guitar, mandolin, fiddle, banjo, double bass, percussion and harmony vocals… and yes, no drum set in sight! Their set list features old chestnuts like Neil Diamond’s almighty Sweet Caroline as well as some deeper cuts like East Virginia Blues. The bandmembers are all local from Ulverston and Coniston and have been playing together in different forms for more than 20 years.
