Join us in Diana’s Orchard in our pub gardens to celebrate the wonderful season of blossom in Japanese style!
We will be serving sake and a special Japanese menu (including our famous food fired pizzas, Kyoto-style) alongside our usual bar offer to toast the blossoming of the twenty five heritage fruit and nut trees planted in our new community space.
For a really authentic experience bring along your mates, a blue tarpaulin to sit on and selfie stick (it’s how they do it in Tokyo). We’ll have musical entertainment from artist Jorn Ebner who pays homage to the importance of the humble bee to our orchards with two sets as Bee DJ (see pic below).
There will also be a free guided tour of our award-winning Japanese style fermentation store at 6pm (no bookings required), revealing the craft secrets of Japanese carpentry and building.
