Leather Belt Making Workshop
Come along and learn how to make your own traditional leather belt by hand.
During this practical, hands-on workshop, you’ll be guided through the process of making a belt from a piece of quality vegetable-tanned leather. You’ll learn how to measure and cut your belt to the correct size, shape and finish the edges, punch the holes and fit the buckle.
You’ll also have the opportunity to personalise your belt using a selection of traditional leatherworking tools, including stamps and decorative marks.
No previous experience is needed. I’ll demonstrate each stage and then guide you through the process, so you can work at your own pace and create a belt that is completely your own.
