SOUP TALK: IN CONVERSATION WITH PAUL FARLEY
Multi- award- winning poet, BBC Radio broadcaster and author Paul Farley will join Grizedale Arts Director Adam Sutherland to discuss the lyrical potato (and other kitchen staples)
Paul Farley was born in Liverpool and studied at the Chelsea School of Art. His Selected Poems was published by Picador Macmillan in 2014, and his work has received many accolades, including the E. M. Forster Award from the American Academy of Arts & Letters. A familiar broadcaster, he presented BBC radio’s contemporary poetry programme The Echo Chamber, and his last collection, The Mizzy, was shortlisted for the T. S. Eliot Prize and the Costa Book Awards in 2020.
